A Conversation with Broadway Director Sam Gold '00

A Conversation with Broadway Director Sam Gold '00 will be on SATURDAY, March 24, 2018 from 7-8pm in the Kiplinger Theatre, Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts. Professor David Feldshuh (Cornell Performing and Media Arts) will facilitate the talk.

Gold is the 2015 Tony Award-winning Best Director for the musical Fun Home. He won a 2010 Village Voice Obie Award for Best Director for his work on the Off-Broadway plays Circle Mirror Transformation at Playwrights Horizons and The Aliensat Rattlestick Playwrights Theatre. 

While at Cornell University, Gold was an active performer and director, participating in the then-Department of Theatre, Film and Dance's Advanced Undergraduate Theatre Program his senior year.
