In this Finger Lakes Native Plant Society presentation, Michael Hough, SUNY Cortland lecturer and author of  Flora of Cortland and Onondaga Counties, New York, will describe how to build something similar to a rain garden but with an impervious liner and appropriate substrates for growing bog and fen plants.  He will include step by step photos of the build and also show how his has evolved over the years to something that requires very little maintenance. To Register in advance Click Here.
