We’ll explore the plants around the Cayuga Nature Center and discover who their pollinators are! After learning about these plants, we’ll create “seed-balls” filled with pollinator-friendly seeds that can be planted at home!

Programs led by a CNC educator are offered every week. All children under 15 must have an adult present. We'll be using specimens from our education collection and tools for exploration, then head to the woods to put into action what we learned. Please make sure to register all adults and children in attendance.

Our spring series is focused on the natural world around us here in Ithaca, as animals return and wake up from winter. Feel free to come to one program or come to all!

Length: 45 minutes - 1 hour
Age: 4 and up
Openings per program: 15
