• We can not ship to UT, SD, TX, AR, MS, AL, KY, MI

• Please allow at least 10 business days for your kit to arrive
• If you are local to the Rochester area, you may arrange to pick up your virtual pairing kit directly from Marketview Liquor

Household Minimum and Maximum for Public Wine Pairing Events

All Public Wine Pairing Events require a minimum of 5 total households during the In-Season (April-October) and a minimum of 3 total households during the Off-Season (November-March) in order to run the event at the listed price. These events typically consist of 5 or more separate households joining together in a shared virtual experience, offering an exquisite taste of the Finger Lakes from the comfort of your own home.

In the event that the appropriate household minimum is not met, we will contact you two weeks prior to the scheduled date where you will be offered the following options depending on the number of households currently booked:

• Pay the corresponding rate for running the public event under the minimum
  • Off-Season Guest Minimum Rates:
    • Groups of 2 households purchasing together each pay an additional charge of $40 per household
    • A single household would pay an additional charge of $80
• Reschedule the public event to a later date at no penalty
• Switch to a private experience on a different date with the corresponding private fees listed below

Private Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience: What a great way to bring friends and family together from anywhere in the country!

• Off-Season Private Rates:
  • Groups of 2 households purchasing together each pay an additional charge of $40 per household
  • A single household would pay an additional charge of $80
  • Any single household with 6 or more guest is subject to viewing admission fees of an additional $10 per guests over 5 guests per household
